How to measure your foot
- Wear the socks you plan to use with the cleats.
- Tape a sheet of paper to a hard floor with one edge against a wall.
- Stand with your heel against the wall and mark the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure from the wall-facing edge of the paper to the mark.
- Repeat for both feet and use the longer measurement.
- Compare that measurement with the foot-length row. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.

Women's and youth sizing
This adult chart uses Nike's unisex, men's-based scale and includes corresponding measurements. Choose by measured foot length rather than assuming a fixed conversion from another shoe.
Youth footwear uses a separate Nike kids' chart. Check whether the product is an adult or youth model before using this table.
Choosing football-cleat fit
Football cleats should fit securely without painful pressure. Fit can vary by model and foot shape, so use the measured length as the starting point and review any model-specific guidance on the product page.
If you are between sizes, Nike recommends choosing the larger size. Do not size down solely to make a cleat feel tighter.
